Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how to modify or cancel each type of order.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely.

  • You will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Canceling or Modifying a Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next renewal charge.

Your order confirmation emails include a link to your subscription portal, where you can:

  • Update your shipping address

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Cancel the subscription entirely

All cancellations made after an order has already been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

For refunds or returns tied to subscription orders, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a standard order.

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase items that are out of stock or not yet released.

At checkout, we may:

  • Collect no payment,

  • Collect a deposit, or

  • Collect full payment,
    depending on the product.

Your payment method will be securely stored. Once the item becomes available, we will fulfill your order and charge the remaining balance (if applicable).

Canceling a Pre-Order

  • You may cancel a pre-order as long as it has not been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

For “Try Before You Buy” items, we place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping the item.

You then have a set trial period (displayed at checkout) to test the product.

How It Works:

  1. We authorize your card for the full value of the item.

  2. You receive the product and have your trial window to decide.

  3. If you return the item within the trial window, you will not be charged.

  4. If the item is not returned on time, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.

The item must meet our return criteria (unused, unaltered, original condition) to avoid charges.
